In the picturesque town of Brick, New Jersey, nestled amidst the gentle ocean breeze, a remarkable woman named Robin Martin lived a life filled with love, compassion, and selflessness. Born on August 27, 1960, she graced the world with her presence and touched the hearts of all who knew her. Robin was the embodiment of health, leading a balanced lifestyle that included occasional gatherings with friends and a glass of wine. Her genuine warmth and kind-hearted nature endeared her to everyone she met. She loved with open hands, offering kindness and support to those in need, and her presence radiated joy and comfort.
As life led her daughter, Dani, on a journey to Los Angeles in 2012, the bond between mother and daughter only grew stronger. Distance couldn’t diminish their connection, as they spoke on the phone every single day, sharing stories, laughter, and words of love. Their conversations became a lifeline that transcended the physical miles that separated them.

However, in the beginning of August 2021, Dani noticed a subtle change in her mother’s voice. The once vibrant and lively tone began to waver, planting seeds of concern in Dani’s heart. As days turned into weeks, her worries grew more pronounced when she learned of her mother’s loss of balance and the fall she endured at work in September.
November 22, 2021, forever marked a turning point in their lives. Robin received a devastating diagnosis—Bulbar ALS, a cruel disease that slowly chips away at a person’s abilities, offering an estimated timeframe of only 1-2 years. The news struck the family like a lightning bolt, shattering their sense of normalcy. Robin faced the daunting challenge with remarkable resilience and grace. Despite the rapid progression of the disease, she remained determined to make the most of her remaining time. Every day became a precious gift, and Robin embraced it wholeheartedly.

However, ALS is relentless, and Robin’s condition deteriorated rapidly. The disease silenced her melodic voice, stole her ability to walk, and gradually took away her capacity to eat. Each loss tested Robin’s strength, but she faced them with courage, relying on the unwavering support of her family and the love of her community. In the midst of the anguish, January 23, 2023, at 11:11 pm, marked the moment Robin took her final breath. Surrounded by loved ones, she departed this world, leaving a profound void that could never be filled. Her absence was deeply felt by all who had been touched by her kindness and her unwavering love. The impact Robin made during her time on Earth was immeasurable. She was a beacon of light, a source of inspiration, and a testament to the power of love and compassion. Her memory lived on, etched in the hearts of those she touched.

For Dani, the grief was overwhelming, but she channeled her pain into something beautiful. She dedicated a significant part of her company, Dani’s Dank, to honor her beloved mother, Robin Martin. Through her business, Dani continued to spread the love, kindness, and selflessness her mother embodied, ensuring that Robin’s legacy would never be forgotten.

Though Robin’s physical presence was no longer with them, her spirit remains alive in the memories and stories shared by those whose lives she had touched. Loved but never forgotten, Robin’s legacy lived on, inspiring others to cherish each day and embrace the profound gift of love.
